Christine & Russell are proud of their over 104-year-old LONG FAMILY TRADITION in Tucson real estate. Christy’s family originally homesteaded in the Tucson Mountains and worked as builders and developers. Russell’s grandfather founded Long Realty and his father built the company to 8 offices. Together they make a terrific pair — Russell handles the logistics, shows properties, works the closings; Christy takes care of the publicity, public relations and advertising — working with the photographer and the graphic designer to ensure the image of their partnership.
Although Russell has the Long name, he is better known for his hard work, honesty, prompt response to phone calls and emails, wise negotiation, and extensive real estate experience.
Russell’s 48 years of real estate experience combined with Christy’s art background, plus a full team of professionals — including office manager Dana Raney, marketing specialist & graphic designer Rachel Christmas — has helped them break a record in Tucson Real Estate for three years.

Dana has worked in many facets of the real estate industry over the past 34 years, which include office administrator, escrow/title, reception and as office manager for Christine and Russell for 16 years. Dana organizes and completes all paperwork for listing and sale transactions, meeting required deadlines, coordinates open houses, provides customer service to all clients and assists where ever needed. Dana is responsible for operating an organized and efficient office.

Darby graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. Naturally, her next step was to move to Tucson and get her real estate license. Darby began working with the Longs in 2021. In addition to being part of the team, Darby has her own independent business helping clients buy and sell real estate. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, art, and vegan cooking.
